Technical specification" according to points 1.1.2 (p.4,5,8-17 of table 1, ), Annex B(Figure B.1, 5.6), 1.1.3, 1.1.5.5, 1.1.5.6, 1.1.6, 1.1.8.1, 1.1.10 (1.1.10.2, 1.1.10.4, 1.1.10.6 on 3-5 connections on each side of the wagon), 2.1.4, 2.1.6, 2.1.10, 3.4 (on 3 manholes on each side of the wagon), and also decision of its certification.
