The studies identified a number of patterns (225 хворих: 68 - ВІЛ; 107 - ВІЛ/ВД; 50 - сифіліс) in the immune system disorders, depending on the duration and severity of the disease in HIV/VD in the PS. The incidence of syphilis seroresistance was reduced in patients, due to the correction of the large intestine microbiocenosis condition. Differential application of drugs with immunocorrective, antiallergic and anti-inflammatory mechanisms of therapeutic action was developed in complex treatment of patients, which will lead to the reduction of complications and recurrence and to the improvement of quality of life.
