The screening study of 950 industrial workers of Odessa region was conducted. Was held systematization of the data: іdentified the features of the clinical status of patients with degenerative-dystrophic diseases of musculoskeletal apparatus and concomitant pathology (hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), criteria for early diagnosis were identified. Groups of patients for further in-depth examination and medical rehabilitation were assigned. The screening study shown that, at structural and functional changes of bone tissue occur in 64% of the surveyed contingent on the background of disorders of autonomic nervous system, the peripheral circulation, respiratory system. The integrated examination of 80 patients with COPD in combination with hypertension was conducted. COPD is most often the primary (in 65-67%) and hypertension is formed on the background in the presence of predisposing factors; formed integrated comorbid pathological condition. When comorbid diseases, including hypertension and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, multiple risk factors lead to the development of pathogenetically linked together severe current of the concomitant pathology, which leads to the development of a large number of complications.
