Its reaction with maleic anhydride was studied. The method of obtaining of 6-aryl-5-oxo-4a,5,6,7,7a,8-hexahydro-4H-1-oxa-6-aza-s-indacene-4-carboxylic acids was investigated. The Schiff's bases formation in the reactions of 5-arylfurfurals and 5-aryl-2-furylacroleines with arylamines were studied. By the reduction of these compounds with sodium borohydride the corresponding aryl(5-arylfuran-2-ylmethyl)amines and (5-arylfuryl)allylamines were synthesized.These compounds are precursores for further cyclizations. New stereoselective tandem reaction of (5-arylfuryl)amines with maleic anhydride with followed furoisosndole's system formation was developed and investigated. The other tandem process based on the reaction of (5-arylfuryl)allylamines with cynnamoyl chlorides was established. The new isobenzofurane's synthetic method based on the reaction of arylfurylallyl alcohols with maleic anhydride was studied. The reactions of furylpentadienylamines with maliec anhydride and 2-furocynnamoyl chloride were investigated. It was found that these reactiond are stereoselective and followed to isoinole's system formation with 3-COOH and 4-furyl groups. The synthetic approach to sysnthеsis of arylfuran substituted quinoline and isoquinoline derivatives was investigated.
