On the base of single cadmium diphosphide crystals make some important devices for microelectronics. The problems of their optical quality improvement by the establishing a connection between the technological conditions of crystal growth at stoichiometry composition and at deviation by phosphorus and its optico-mechanical properties are actual. Raman spectra of light dispersion by the crystal of cadmium diphosphide with deviation of stoichiometry in relation to phosphorus were researched.
