It is presented results of the Black Sea deepwater bottom peloids physicochemical, mechanostructural and physiological properties tests. Their biological activity was studied. It's shown that these organo-mineral systems are the most effective application materials at this time. They can provide directed therapeutic properties by modifying with nanoscale colloidal metals or oil extracts of medicinal plants in the developed ways.
