For noncontact transmission and discrete output voltage regulation of kontrrotor synchronous generator with permanent magnets in wind turbine with vertical rotation axis the three-phase rotary transformer is proposed and the method of it design is developed. The promising ways to extreme control of electrical loads of wind and photovoltaic plants are developed and researched on computer models. The samples of regulating devices are made.
