A number of analytical surveys and methodological manuals were prepared to facilitate the development of amateur arts and organizing cultural and artistic events in Ukraine. This includes five analytical surveys with practical recommendations for government bodies (in particular, "Tendencies of development of the circus arts in Ukraine. Problems and prospects", "Priority fields of activity of the community cultural centers", "Innovative features of cultural and artistic events in Ukraine's regions"), and eight methodological manuals for the directors of amateur artistic collectives and cultural and artistic entrepreneurs ("Forms of the concert activity mass cultural events in the area of vocal and choral performing, folk choral singing, and instrumental music", "Participation of brass-bands in festivities and regular concerts", "Organizing festivals of the folk instrumental music", "On the experience of organizing the amateur theatres festivals in Ukraine", etc.).
