The UCCS has elaborated the draft "List of positions of managers of structural departments, specialists, and creative workers", the draft "Rules of concluding the labor agreements with the creative and artistic staff of cultural institutions", and proposals on the rules of providing the cultural sphere employees with additional assistance for health rehabilitation, pecuniary aid, and long-service bonuses. Upgraded the draft laws of Ukraine "On circuses and circus business" and amendments to the Law "On artistic touring in Ukraine". Drafted amendments to the qualifying norms for the cultural sphere employees, and to the "Regulations on the national register of cultural heritage" in regard of antiquity books. Drafted the model staff order for theaters, museums, concert organizations, and artistic collectives. Drafted the "Concept of the national system of standardization of humanities and professional terminology in the sphere of culture". Drafted the normative rules of accounting in the sphere of culture.
