The methodes of synthesis of novel 3,4-dihydrochroman-2-carboxilate with primary and secondary alifatic amines, 3-formyl-2H-chromen-2-carboxylate with geterylacetonitriles , cyclopencarboxylic acides, а-aminiacides with bicyclic nonbornane skeleton on the base of catepine and 4-camphorcarbocylic acides, cyclic anhidrides of catepine and 4-camphorcarbocylic acides and their futher transformation into aminoacides was worked out. The preparative methodes of synthesis getaryl-2-hydroxiacetphenones and pathway of their transformation into azaheterocyclic analogs was worked out. The series of novel aminomethyl-3-azagetarylchromone derivatives; 3-(get)aryl-7-hydroxi-8-formylchromone and 3-(2-quinolyl)chromone; terminal 3-azagetarylchromones and 2-R-3-azagetarylchromones, hard-to-reach С-substituted N-(phosphonomethyl)glycine derivatives, novel 1,1-bisphosphonic acides was synthesised.
