The computer simulation of setup for research of photo- nuclear reactions, optimization of its construction and creation of this setup was performed. The computer simulation of the dynamics of particles passing through the injector, accelerating section and the system of magnetic elements in the electron channel on the energy 30 MeV was completed. The computer simulation of dynamics of particles in the electron source of direct current on energy 100 keV was performed. The optimal configuration of this accelerator is defined. The plan on the improvement of the thermostatting system of electron channel on energy 30 MeV was developed. The computer simulation of processes of interaction of electronic bunch is with magnesium aluminum spinels and organic dyes were performed. The energy spectrums of ions, knocked out by electrons from a crystalline grate or organic molecule, were obtained by the programs of Maple 6 and SRIM-2010.
