The prevalence of burn injuries makes it necessary to develop new effective factors of burned organizm treatment. It was researched physical and biological properties of the ground xenografts substrate. Large experimental and clinical materials proved its positive effect on running of regenerative processes in burn wound and internal organs after thermal burns. It is proved that imposition of silicon plate on the burn injuries skin prevent scar tissue formation.
