The necessity of creating a universal extraction equipment, which can be used at the enterprises of small and medium power for removal of pectin substances from different pectin containing raw materials. The result of the research work is to create a device for the extraction of plant materials. Increase of the device productiviti is achieved through the improvement of the equipment due to development of new work items and use of rapid unloading of solid waste subject with the condition of significant simplification of the construction equipment.
