In this report the results of the suitability of the wagon limiting dimensions, determination of empty weight and geometrical dimensions, evaluation of wagon interaction with a car dumper, strength static tests, quasi-static tests, impact tests, running strength and running dynamic tests, brake tests at standstill and brake running tests of the open-top wagon, model 12-9904 are presented and evaluated for compliance with design documentation.
