Functional peculiarities of the digestive organs and urinary system have been revealed at patients with risk of osteoporosis. It was found that the tendency of lowering the secretion activity of the stomach, pancreas and liver at patients with risk of osteoporosis and clinical signs of osteopenia is associated by the decrease of calcium, magnesium and phosphor concentration in the blood and dysbalance in their relation. These regularities belong to the factors which can be modified due to their early revealing and correction using natural sources of calcium in particular natural mineral waters.
