It was found that despite of the positive dynamics of clinical and functional indices, changes in the pro-antioxidant system, Т- and В-system of immunity under the influence of complex medicamental treatment in the acute period of non-hospital pneumonia, complete normalization of these indices was not reached. Especially it is so for the immune system, which testifies the incompleteness of the inflammation in the bronchopulmonary system, can lead to the bronchial obstruction, disturbances in the non-specific defence Т- and В-systems of immunity. These changes condition the expedience of immunorehabilitative treatment of patients in the convalescent period.
