Object of study: equipment and technology for the separation of rolled metal and pipes. Aim: Increase quality of blanks due to improved technology and equipment for the separation of rolled metal and pipes on the basis of scientific methods for calculation of actuators, quality manufacturing and assembly presses. Methods: theoretical studies based on the laws of Continuum Mechanics, Solid State Physics. The mathematical models of executive mechanisms of presses for the division of high quality rent are worked out with the use of modern numeral methods of decisions on PC. During realization of experimental researches well-known and original methodologies, standard and original equipment, rigging and apparatus, were used. Recommendations are worked out on drawing on the got results. Purview: general mechanical operations.
