Object of research - heads (cutters) shock-cutting equipment. Purpose - to increase accuracy of the geometrical parameters tips (incisors) by creating new software. The work is dedicated to developing software is the definition of geometrical parameters tips (incisors) to improve quality control. Existing methods for image preprocessing incisors (filtration methods, methods of edge detection, methods for determining the geometrical parameters), defined their advantages, disadvantages and limitations.
