Objective of research: Obtaining of new compounds of range of p-quinonemonoimines. The investigation of their structures, revelation of features of their conformation transformations. Research methods: Organic synthesis, spectral researches, quantum-chemical calculations. Theoretical and practical results: As a result of the executed researches new substituted in the aromatic and quinoid rings N-[(N- arylsulphonylbenz(methyl)imidoyl-1,4-benzoquinoneimines have been obtained. Their structure has been proved by results of spectral (NMR, IR) data and data of the element analysis. The conformation stability of N-[(N- arylsulphonylbenz(methyl)imidoyl-1,4-benzoquinoneimines has been investigated by NMR spectroscopy and quantum chemistry methods. It has been shown the conformation transformations in these compounds are caused by Z,E-isomerization near nitrogen atoms of both imine bonds and by hindered rotation around C-N bond between imine fragments. The activation parameters of these processes have been found, the structures of compounds have been determined. The influence of substituents in quinoid ring and at carbon atom of exocyclic bond C=N on thermodynamic activation parameters of these processes have been investigated. Efficiency of introduction: the synthesized compounds can be used in synthetic organic chemistry for synthesis of new p-quinoneimines derivatives and also for the obtaining of new perspective medical preparations.
