A research object is labour force and workplaces. A purpose of work is working off, approbation and introduction in practice of method of development of balances of labour force and workplaces on a sredne- and long-term prospect in accordance with certain strategic priorities. Research methods: dialectical, approach of the systems, induction, deduction, retrospective, comparative and SWOT- of analysis, design, extrapolation, synthesis, grouping. Scientific recommendations approbation of balances of labour force and workplaces are developed on a prospect. Will be drawn on research results Office of economy of social and humanitarian sphere of the Department of macroeconomic policy, strategic planning and prognostication at preparation of suggestions in relation to realization of Program of economic reforms on 2013-2014 years in obedience to priorities and to development of state measures on the improvement of adjusting of sphere of employment at the market of labour, to training of personnels and others like that.
