The purpose of the work - the rationale of scientific and methodological foundations of the sea ¬ transposition mouth of Ukraine in the further development of the logistics activities of suppliers and consumers of transport services. In the field of transport is currently not competing ports, and even some forms of transport are not manufacturers and suppliers, and supply chain as a whole. To a large extent determine the configuration of the circuit ports. These circumstances determine the content of completed research. In the report of 2011 the following sequence of questions of cooperation with partners in the port in the logistics chain are discussed: improving the organization and management ports, including the issues of privatization and the choice of how to ensure loading ports, a management decision on whether to use an alternative container terminal in the crisis; interaction of sea and rail transport hubs in the harbor; technical support of the logistics chain chains to assess the needs of the port in the mobile handling equipment, design, development and implementation of transport and storage system, the definition of bulk cargo in stacks; The method and calculations are performed to determine the competitive status of ports on the Ukrainian market of port services; we consider the general problem of optimal scheduling in two opposite productions: "resources - the result," when you need to find the most efficient way to utilize available resources, and "the result - resources" when it is necessary to find out what resources and how many are needed to achieve the desired result; defined criteria for assessing the long-term strategy adopted by the port (stevedoring company) and the vector formed by the evaluation criteria of the port (stevedoring company). To this end, this paper makes proposals aimed at practical implementation stages of privatization of property and a number of port functions, considered a new integrated solution to the issues of known interactions of the fleet and port logistics chain in Ukraine according to the situation, describing the conditions of the decision-making on specific ports and their customers, the technique determine the feasibility of using the terminal under the overload of one of several possible cargo when the external factors and traffic vibrations, implemented an approach based on the principle of separation of zones of interaction of sea i rail crossings in the harbor, the technique needs assessment process in handling complex mobile handling equipment, busy on the handling of vessels and coaches in various work situations, addressed the issue of optimization of technological and technical parameters of the systems, which include stock levels in warehouses, the mass transport of the consignment, the power of technical equipment truck fronts, warehouses and so on., reasonable methodology for determining the form of stacks of goods depending on the parameters of the calculation of the number of warehouses and cargo stacks.
