We obtain somaclonal variants of finger millet Eleusine coracana SE-7. Transgenic barley plants expressing the gene for human lactoferrin. Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of plants held flax varieties of Ukrainian selection for kanamycin resistance, as well as the Ukrainian selection of varieties of synthetic Cry-genes and their molecular genetic analysis. A micropropagation of plants F1, F2, bekkrosov and spontaneous hybrids, formed by different combinations of GM oilseed rape crosses with wild relatives of the family Brassicaceae.
