The object of research is the electronic structure, stability, decay mechanisms and a shift in the surface of superhard nanocomposites and heterostructures, the development of new properties of the coatings and multi-component solid nanostructures (nano-composite coatings) for example, on the basis of (Ti, Hf, Zr, V, Nb)N, Ti - Hf-Si-N, Zr-Ti-Si- N, Zr-Ti-N, Mo-Si-N and others. Fabrication of advanced nanostructured coatings based on (Ti,Hf,Zr,V,Nb)N with high tribocorrosion properties and analysis of their structure and properties. Purpose of work - a study of structural-phase, element composition of hard nanostructured films systems.
