Measurement of the reflectance and transmission spectra of such nanostructures have established dependence of the frequency of maximum plasmon absorption of medium size nanoislands. Thus the optimum parameters of such structures were found for the realization of resonant excitation conditions are deposited on semiconductor nanocrystals. Details of the resonance Raman spectra of colloidal nanocrystals of sulfide, selenide and cadmium telluride used in this project as objects for research enhancement of Raman scattering by phonons by plasmon resonance are established.
