Obtained meta-model business processes and entities that are automated and methods for representation and transformation of structures of electronic documents that were the basis for the development of electronic technology documents from templates. Modified technology of electronic documents based on templates in WBIS. The main difference from existing retrofit technology is the use of arbitrary descriptive markup languages and procedural types. This makes it easier to create and support a document template in the design and development of a functional task WBIS. Generated documents are in the format of any descriptive markup language or procedural markup language that enables the user to choose the desired output format of the document. This reduces the requirements to the necessary software installed on the client computer, which is particularly important in view of diversity of devices and platforms, through which access to WBIS.
