The goal of the work is the working out of propositions on the basis of study of modern state of social-economic processes in Ukraine and particularities of application of forms of borrowed labour (outsourcing, outstaffing), which would contribute to normative-legislative regulation of respective processes, as well as basic grounds of collective bargaining provision of social-labour relations when applying the mentioned forms of employment. The methods of research are: generalization, statistical, analysis of experts opinion, comparison and structural analysis and so forth. The novelty of the work consists in the fact, that during the period of functioning of the system of borrowed labour in Ukraine a complex trial with account for positive and negative aspects is being carried out in order to open norms and mechanisms of collective bargaining, as well as lagislative regulation of usage of such forms of employment as outsourcing and outstaffing of personnel.
