The goal of the work is a determination of concrete theoretical and practical aspects of nontariff systems of labour remuneration in Ukraine. The methods of research are: information-searching, statistical, analytical-calculating and method of comparison. The novelty of this research work consists in the fact, that for the first time in national practice with the help of foreign and national experience had been determined concrete periods of time for the escape from situation, with which enterprises irrespective of forms of ownership meet in practice when applying nontariff systems of labour remuneration, and which are characterized by intensively high levels of risks, which will allow employers and specialists on issues of labour remuneration more widely introduce nontariff systems of labour remuneration.
