The target of research - the development of new technologies of the reception of the liposomal forms of antimicrobic preparations concerning fungi Candіda spp, Malassezіa spp and a clamidiosis, studying of their antimicrobic properties, an estimation of advantages before existing preparations, the studying of molecular -genetic aspects of the action of the liposomal antibiotics on the biofilm of fungies Candіda albіcans. Methods of research - biological, spectral, immunological, molecular - biological, molecular -genetic, nanotech. We have received of liposomal forms of antimicrobic preparations on the basis of individual natural lipids and also their mixes. Investigated the inclusion of antimycotics and antibiotics in liposomes depending on their structure, the size and the charge. The minimum inhibitory concentration dependence of antimycotics terbinafine and the antibiotic ciprofloxacin of the size, the charge and structure of liposomes and lipids concentration in liposomes is established. It is established that the liposomal terbinafine shows more inhibitory action on planktonic fungi Candіda albіcans, Candіda рarapsіlosіs, Malassezіa furfur, Malassezіa sympodіalіs and biofilm Candіda albіcans, than usual terbinafine. It is established, that liposomal ciprofloxacin shows the high antichlamydial activity on cells Chlamydіa trachomatіs and іn vіvo on chicken embryons with Chlamydіa trachomatіs, greater, than the solution of ciprofloxacin. It is established that action of terbinafine and its liposomal forms on the biofilm Candіda albіcans leads to oppression of gene МЕТ3 expression.
