Based on the Тechnology policy requirements, the specifications and technical documentation complex (company standards, standing orders, and rules) will be developed defining the priorities and rules of application of engineering solutions of the Тechnology policy in a course of performing the programs of new construction, modernisation and reconstruction of electrical grid facilities.
