The transfer function is constructed for a flexible system with the Kirchhoff plate for an arbitrary number of modal coordinates. An estimate of the solutions of a nonlinear system is obtained for the case of an output feedback law in the critical case. Such an estimate is applied for solving the minimax optimal stabilization problem. The response of a pendulum system is computed with respect to impulse input functions.
