Methods: physiological and biochemical, molecular genetics, microbiology, genetic engineering. It was found that strains P2 - Bacillus sp.; P10 - Bacillus pumilus and P26 - Paenibacillus sp. can cause disease of one-month and three-old pine seedlings. Stimulative action of bacteria Pseudomonas sp. (P57) on the growth and development of pine seedlings was discovered. This strain of bacteria inhibited the growth of pathogenic fungi Fusarium sp., which causes lodging of pine seedlings, indicating the possibility of using of these bacteria to combat fungal diseases of seedlings. It was shown that stress phytohormones salicylic and jasmonic acid increase the level of pine defensin gene expression defensins. The treatment of pine seedlings with bacteria Pseudomonas sp. causes an increase the level of PsDef1 and PsDef2 (Pinus sylvestris Defensin) gene expression under H. annosum infection. Characteristics of P57strain indicate possible it belongs to a group of bacteria PGPB, which contribute to the development of systemic resistance of plants to pathogens exposure.
