The object - direction system in designs of universal-assemble of recustomized stamps. Subject of researches - constructive and technological parameters of directing elements, their intense deformations when performing technological operations. The purpose - expansion of technological capabilities of system of the direction of universal-assemble of recustomized stamps (UCRS) on the basis of optimization of constructive and technological parameters of elements of a design of system directly when performing separate and form-building operations of sheet stamping. The sphere of application - the enterprises of a machine-building complex. The analysis of functional and technological capabilities and service conditions of elements of universal-assemble of recustomized stamps (UCRS) is carried out. The scientific system of classification of universal-assemble of recustomized stamps is developed. The directions and methods of improvement of motionless connections of the directing UCRS elements by a way of fixing by their anaerobic materials are determined. Researches on design features of system of universal-assemble of recustomized stamps are conducted.. The material, heat treatment, accuracy of production of directing elements of system of UCRS a deviation from the plane of a basic surface of the bottom plate and a basic surface of the top plate of the block, also are defined.
