Using electrophysiological methods of fixation of the membrane potential and molecular-biological approaches by PCR the activity and expression of two-pore-domain potassium channels during hypoxia was investigated. The changes in the electrical activity of two-pore-domain potassium channels during hypoxia were described. It was found that hypoxia causes an increase in the expression of potassium channel type TREK1, TREK2 and TRAAK.
