The research was conducted and the correlation was established between electrical performance and output indicators smelting ferrosilicon manganese, the scheme and given the near-electrode structure characteristic of the space lost wax bath ferroalloy electric furnace ferroalloys, a method for determining the electrical characteristics specified in the work areas in the furnace bath, functional relationships were found for the influence of process parameters on integral and differential electrical resistance near-electrode space, based on regression analysis of studies and interpretation of the parameters is made and the results of the regression models triple interdependent variables, neuro-fuzzy network was built to predict the final parameters of the process of smelting ferrosilicon manganese.
