It was established thatthe microbial synthesissubstancescan be characterized aspromisingsurfactants bythe parametersof the surface tension, emulsifyingactivity andaspromising basesubstances forthe development of complexantimicrobialpreparations basedon thiosulfoacidestersandnaphthoquinonederivatives.Biosurfactant samples weresynthesizedfor production ofcomplexes withbiologicallyactive compoundswithnaphthoquinoneandthiosulfonatefragmentsto establishtheir impact ongrowth,permeabilityandhydrophobicityof membranes of anumber of bacteriaandfungi,antiviralandvirucidaleffectas well as theinfluence on the rateand depth ofanaerobicwaste utilization. Thiosulfonatederivativeswith naphthoquinonefragments were synthesized viasubstitutionreactionsof chlorine atomsinnaphthoquinonesystem.The optimumconditions forinteractionthiosulfoacidsaltsof2,3-dichloro-1,4-naphthoquinone were developed.Thiosulfonatederivativeswith 2-amino-1 ,4-naphthoquinonic fragments were synthesized. The interaction ofthiosulfoacidssaltswith 2-hydroxy-3-chloro-1,4-naphthoquinone and 6,7-dichloro-5,8-quinolinequinone was studied. The interaction ofS-ethyl ester of4-aminobenzenthiosulfoacidwith2,3-dichloro-1 ,4-naphthoquinone was investigated. The samples ofnew compounds were synthesized.
