Modeling and calculation of optimal shape and parameters of surface microrelief dimensional substrates for efficient capture, incident at different angles of solar radiation. Tested several types of materials for the manufacture of three-dimensional substrates. Analysis and testing methods microrelief formation of three-dimensional substrates. Manufactured dimensional substrate, the results of simulation and analysis. The features of surface microrelief depending on the material and method of manufacturing the substrate. Developed physico-chemical basis of technology growth homogeneous continuous semiconducting thin films of CdTe (Closed Box Deposition Technique by volume), ultrathin films of CdS (by chemical surface deposition) on three-dimensional substrates and investigated their surface morphology, structure and composition. The resulting polycrystalline films completely cover the surface of the substrate mikroteksturovani and reproduce their topology. A laboratory technology of photosensitive planar and three-dimensional heterostructure ZnO: Al / n-CdS / p-CdTe / Ni, which are characterized by good reproducibility rectifier and photoelectric properties over a wide spectral range. Created experimental models of three-dimensional solar cell ZnO: Al / n-CdS / p-CdTe / Ni, and shown that the textured surface to increase the efficiency of phototransformation of such elements by 25% (efficiency increases from 7 to 9%).
