Irradiation was performed at different temperatures of samples in the range of 300-700 K. The main methods are ellipsometry, reflectometry and microinterferometery. It is revealed that the temperature dependence of the optical properties of the irradiated recrystallized tungsten has an anomalous peculiarity near the temperature 535 K. It is shown that at this temperature the reflection coefficient obtained by reflectometry, and calculated according to ellipsometry data, qualitatively different.
