Object of research - TV Information and measurement system based on PC and TV Object of research - TV Information and measurement system based on PC and TV camera NOVUS NVC 530. Organization - Performer: National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" (instrument department). Purpose - to create a laboratory model to study the characteristics of television IMSs. The documentation for manufacturing laboratory model to study the characteristics of television IMSs were designed. The prototype of television information-measuring systems was created. Laboratory studies of the characteristics of a prototype television information-measuring systems were held. Forecast assumptions about the object of study - creating a technological base to improve the characteristics of television information and measurement systems based on CCD camera. Formulated provisions developed methods, algorithms, software and hardware are universal and can be used to resolve any problems associated with the use of television information and measurement systems based on CCD camera.
