The research objects are hydromechanical and thermodynamical processes occurring in the fluid flow moving through the complex-configuration varying-cross-section duct with different local resistances and outflowing in vacuum. The work aim is to find the theoretical parameters (pressure, flow rate, temperature) describing fluid flowing in vacuum through the hydraulic complex-configuration manifold with cavitation. The research method is a mathematical simulation of the process considering the special design features of hydraulic manifolds. The following basic results are obtained: a mathematical model of the fluid flow through duct with cavitation is refined; values of losses in certain elements and manifolds are found at a whole; velocity distribution for the flow of a two-phase medium through spatial manifolds with spatial complex configurations is defined; distribution of a static pressure on the length of ducts at different inlet pressures and temperatures is established; sections in which the pressure falls to the pressure of a saturated vapor are determined, i.e. regimes of the cavitation flow are realized; flow- rate characteristics of bleeding paths are evaluated; the value of the thrust pulse under fluid outflowing from ducts to the environment are found. Applications: the development work of bleeding paths in vacuum of the third stage of the Cyclon- 4 launch vehicle.
