The total DNA was purified from maize living plant tissue. Primers to detect genes wx, fl-2, bar (pat), epsps, mepsps, CP4 epsps, cryIA(b), cry1F, cry1A.105, mcry3A, cry2Ab2, cry3Bb1, cry34Ab1, cry35Ab1 were designed and selected. Multiplex and Touchdown PCR for simultaneous determination of few genes were worked out. PCR amplification of sequences was carried out to determine the presence or absence of transgenes (bar, epsps, cry) and wx and fl-2 genes. Transgenes and wx, fl-2 genes detection protocol was composed for experimental maize forms. The description of experimental maize forms for the presence of transgenes and wx, fl-2 genes was prepared.
