Purpose of research - to individualize accompanying immune correcting therapy with consideration of the peculiarities of immune reactivity depending on the type of vegetative regulation. Methods of investigation and equipment - clinical, morphological, x-ray, hematological, immunological, biochemical, statistical; light and luminescent microscopes, spectrophotometer, blood and immunoenzyme analyzers. Theoretical and practical results - For the first time, it was determined that prevalence of sympathetic tone in patients with uterine body cancer is associated with development of anemia, reduction of the number of CD8+-Т-lymphocytes and daily production of melatonin, eosinophilia, monocytosis, hypercortisolemia, , increased level of cytokines. The patients with breast cancer with prevailing sympathetic tone demonstrated similar disorders except for eosinophilia. It was proven that all patients with prevailing parasympathetic tone had better indices of the quality of life. A method of accompanying immunotherapy was worked out based on the established regulations. Novelty - The peculiarities of immunological, hematological, and endocrine disorders associated with the type of vegetative regulation in cancer patients were established.
