On the basis of these studies found that 43 % of children with chronic hepatitis C (HGC) and 10 % of chronic hepatitis B (HGB) had elevated levels of serum ferritin, iron overload occurred only in children with chronic hepatitis C (12 %). 75 % of children with HGB postponed iron in macrophages and hepatocytes, which correlated with the severity of fibrosis in the liver tissue and in the activity of hepatitis. Diagnosed in 30 % of patients with CHB iron deposition mainly in macrophages had no connection with the severity of fibrosis. Manifestations oxsidative stress had 60% of patients with chronic viral hepatitis. The degree of degradation of proteins was highest in patients with HGC with an active inflammatory process in the liver and disease duration more than 5 years. As a marker of advanced liver fibrosis proposed rate reserve-adaptive capabilities of the organism.
