A research object is a development of methodical bases process and оptimization of the technological modes of the hydrodynamic forming and chemical form ficsation details and knots of clothes, head-dresses, shoe with the use of liquid-active working environment and taking into account properties of rough structure of materials and decline of energetiks. A purpose of work is development of methodical bases and оptimization of the technological modes of the hydrodynamic forming and chemical form ficsation details and knots of clothes, head-dresses, shoe with the use of liquid-active working environment and taking into account properties of rough structure of materials and decline of energetiks. Research METHODS - the theoretical and experimental methods of research are in-process utillized. Theoretical and methodological basis of researches in-process is a mechanical conduct of textile materials. For experimental researches the methods of the mathematical planning and analysis of experiment and mathematical statistics are used. For the decision of optimization tasks COMPUTER-ES-1060 was utillized. On the basis of analysis of literary sources and patent search the choice of theoretical and methodical directions of subsequent researches is carried out. A new device is developed for research of the deformed-tense state of textile material in the conditions of the different температурно-вологісного state. Investigational, grounded and a liquid-active working environment (RARS) is offered first in quality a working environment for forming and in future for form ficsation it is select and investigational апрети and their concentration. Prognosis suppositions in relation to development of research object are making of mouldable heads of head-dresses, and accordingly the finished products due to the offered technology of formation
