An atomic-bunches laser-microwave spectrometer is created for researches of atoms in the ridberg's states. A receiving complex is developed from multifunction digital receivers with the flexible interface of operator of radio-telescope and over exactness times synchronization. Found out the effect of change of direction of main lope of pattern of double-layer microstrip arrays. Criteria and parameters of decompositions are certain in the base of functions of Laguerre-Gauss for the generalized field distributing in emitters on the basis of lines with the arbitrary impedance of internal scopes. The global network guided on the Internet is created from the special receiving-recordings complexes for the remote sensing of ionosphere by a high-frequency radiation from existent natural and artificial sources. The theoretical calculations of descriptions of laser radiation, that are needed for receipts of preset parameter of periodic structures, are conducted on-the-spot arbitrary materials, the separate knots of laser fluidizer are developed making of periodic structures of THz range by the method of the laser engraving.
