OBJECT:157 womenfolks in childbearing age. OBJECTS: to raise property of diagnostics of papillomavirus infection (PVI) in reproductive womenfolks and to improve effectiveness of medioprophylactic actions for patients with PVI; to develop and to introduce modern approach to prophylaxis, prediction and medical correction of PVI current in womenfolks for renewal their reproductive health. METHODS: clinicodiagnostic laboratory method, molecular-biological, statistical. RESULTS: via the investigation of two groups of patients (first - 76 women with persistent PVI, second - 81 womenfolks with transient PVI) influencing factors of PVI expansion and course have been estimated. NOVELTY: the criteria of prognosis, genesis and course of PVI have been operated to detection of medical tactics, drug and cure duration. EFFECTIVENESS: executed research are foundation for criteria of prognosis, genesis course of PVI with a glance of microbiological profile, hormones, antibodies, oncoprotein E7 of womenfolks in childbearing age.
