Researched and analyzed different technological approaches to synthesis of metal-oxide nanosystems and optimal experimental technology solution for obtaining thin films based metal-oxide nanosystems with different types of isomorphic substitution were selected. The method of obtaining of calcium fluoroapatite thin films was developed, allowing improved and cheaper method of obtaining calcium fluoroapatite in the form of films. The interrelation between technological parameters of obtained metal-oxide nanosystems and physical properties of obtained materials was established.
