The economic feasibility production, storage, transportation and regasification of natural gas hydrate state was analyzed. Based on comparative analysis of technical and economic parameters of natural gas transportation was determined that gashydrates method of transportation is economically competitive. A stand for investigation of the formation and dissociation of gas hydrates, especially methane and carbon dioxide was designed and made. Experiments on the transfer of natural gas (96% methane) in the hydrated state were carried out.
