The aim - to improve efficacy of treatment of patients with malignant bone tumors with unfavorable prognostic factors by developing new methods and improving existing neoadjuvant and adjuvant chemotherapy. Methods and apparatus - clinical, radiation, morphological, statistical methods; CT Somatom 4 Plus Siemens, Germany, MRI Magnetom of Siemens company; angiograph "Televiks"; ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus US 90301710; microscope Nikon Esclipe 80i. 46 patients of standard-risk and 10 patients in high-risk group were treated according to the developed and improved methods. All patients have undergone surgical treatment. Noted correlative dependence of neovascularization degree after chemotherapy by angiographic data and therapeutic pathomorphosis. sensitivity of method was 83,9%. Intensification of chemotherapy in high-risk group of patients resulted to a high degree of medical pathomorphosis in 30.0% of cases. Intensification of neoadjuvant therapy in patients at high risk leads to increased toxicity but does not limit chemotherapy treatment. 2-year disease-free survival was (82,2 ± 5,1)% in the study group and (71,2 ± 4,7)% (p <0.05) in control group, respectively. MALIGNANT BONE TUMORS, NEOADJUVANT CHEMOTHERAPY, SERIAL ANGIOGRAPHY, PROGNOSTIC FACTORS, PATHOMORPHOSIS, SURVIVAL, BISPHOSPHONATES, NEOVASCULARIZATION. Product Description popup.authors Бойчук С.І.
