popup.description2
Interdiffusion and interaction processes between electrolyte and its adjacent barrier layers (from cathode and anode sides) in a ceramic fuel cell were studied. Structural and compositional changes of constituent parts of a ceramic fuel cell were investigated under conditions of their fabrication and reduction. It was found out that hydrogen promotes the interdiffusion processes between constituent parts of a ceramic fuel cell at as low temperatures as 600 °C. Features of the deposition process of 1Сe10ScSZ on NiO and 8YSZ on micro scale level were described. Electrical and mechanical properties of 1Сe10ScSZ ceramics were studied. It was revealed that in the temperature interval 400 - 900 °C electrolytes based on 1Сe10ScSZ ceramics exhibit high- and low-temperature ion movement activation energies. A novel parameter like temperature T(Zr) related with a vast production of Zr3+ paramagnetic centers was revealed. It can be employed for determination of crystal structure stability.
