The lows of formation different structurally morphological forms of dense carbon phases under shock wave compression of some graphite-like carbon materials were studied. Such dense carbon modification as diamond, lonsdalite, amorphous carbon with density intermediate between density of carbon-black and diamond, and diamond fibers were synthesized. Thermal stability of dense carbon phases under theirs heat treatment in vacuum and under high static pressure was studied also
